Fr. Roland Okry
Fr. Roland is a Roman Catholic priest from Benin, Africa. He is in his Practicum year in the Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Fr. Roland joins us with a wealth of experience in his priesthood faithfully invested in the formation of future priests. Sent to the United States by his Bishop, Fr. Roland joins the 2026 - 2027 Cohort of Clinical Trainees with The St. George Counseling Clinic.
Sr. Mary Wang
My lack of a religious habit might confuse you, but I am a member of an community of underground sisters in China. I know what it is like to keep things a secret; what it is like to know betrayal, shame, and powerlessness. My love for Jesus and desire to help others know and find greater freedom is what drives me, in part, into my work as a professional counselor. I speak English & Mandarin.

I am young and I am fierce. Not only do I bring a strong intellect and a compassionate heart to the clinical intern program with St. George Counseling Clinic, but I bring the wisdom of life as an adopted child. I know the pain of the orphan, the stranger, and the widow; and I know the redemption. This hope motivates my purpose as a professional counselor.
